As a growing company, we would now like to anchor the topic of health even more firmly in the mindset of our workforce. As our company has thrived on a functioning team structure and a high level of collegiality for over 20 years, it is important to us not to simply implement an “off-the-shelf” concept, but to introduce customized measures that are tailored to our team!
Our common goal within the management team is to hone skills in dealing with stress and exercise behavior in a way that has a positive impact on team processes, self-motivation and resilience, thereby also strengthening employee loyalty.
How do we want to achieve our goals?
With strong partners at our side: Thanks to the expertise of BSV-Servicegesellschaft and its cooperation partner DAK-Gesundheit, we want to inspire all colleagues from the outset with a concept specially tailored to our needs, so that they are highly intrinsically motivated to take up the measures on offer.
How is the program structured?
It’s all in the mix: Our colleagues can expect a flexible and interactive concept. Together with the BSV service company, we focus on ensuring that the health measures suit us both in terms of content and structure. Who places greater value on offers that are carried out together, and who would prefer to “work” individually? For whom are live offers with direct contact to the trainers more suitable, which employees would prefer to take part in digital courses? The BSV and DAK have the right portfolio for all needs: digital health days, exercise challenges or sleep measurements are just as much a part of the portfolio as well-prepared training offers or team-building measures such as participation in the B2 or Sportscheck Run!
Thanks to the personal support provided by the BSV service company, employees have the opportunity to express their needs at any time and, if necessary, even receive individual tips on suitable health measures.
